AEW Collision Rock & Wrestling Rager Results, November 7 | Tony Schiavone, Nigel McGuinness, and Paul Wight kick off the broadcast live from the high seas aboard the Jericho Cruise, announcing that Chris Jericho will kick off the action against Blake Christian.
Chris Jericho vs. Blake Christian (w/ Jay Lethal)
Blake Christian immediately jumps Chris Jericho, beating him down in the corner while distracting the official so Jay Lethal can sneak in a choke. Jericho fires back, catching Christian with an Attitude Adjustment before revealing his ring gear: a shirt and shorts featuring a taco cat design.
Jericho lays into Lethal and Christian with a taped-together bundle of bottles, landing a heavy chop on Christian in the corner. Christian counters an apron AA attempt, blasting Jericho with a springboard dropkick to send him crashing to the floor.
Christian chokes Jericho on the ropes and locks in a crossface, boasting that he is now the “Captain of the Cruise” as fans serenade him with “meow” chants. Jericho cuts Christian off on the top turnbuckle, scaling up to spike him with a dangerous hurricanrana.
Jericho follows with two clotheslines and a chop, but Christian ducks a dropkick to nail his own Lionsault for a near fall. Christian escapes a Codebreaker attempt and hits a 450 splash, earning another two-count.
After a frantic exchange of strikes, Christian hits a Lethal Injection for a razor-thin near fall. Jericho counters a springboard hurricanrana into the Liontamer, forcing Christian to tap out.
Winner: Chris Jericho
Behind the Scenes: Nick Wayne
A hype video airs profiling Nick Wayne, who vows to take over the Jericho Cruise while footage shows him partying and interacting with his online chat.
The New Level Speaks
The New Level steps into the ring to address the escalating hostility involving them, Bandido, Brody King, and “Hangman” Adam Page. Lexy Nair asks if Swerve Strickland manipulated them into booking a brutal Texas Deathmatch at AEW Full Gear.
Austin Creed acknowledges that Bandido had a legitimate grievance with Swerve Strickland, but explains that the situation transformed into a personal vendetta because Bandido attacked Kofi Kingston. Kofi and Creed emphasize that while they did not want a Texas Deathmatch, Bandido forced their hand by making things personal.
Creed admits they are terrified of the dark places they must go to win, warning that they didn’t want this war—but now they have no choice. Creed promises to take things to a brand-new level at the pay-per-view in an exceptional promo segment.
FTR vs. The Motor City Machine Guns (Best of 5 Series – Match 4)
A recap video highlights the immense violence of Blood & Guts before Dax Harwood and Chris Sabin kick off the action with heavy chops. Harwood gets isolated in the MCMG corner, eating a double back body drop as the chaos spills to the outside.
Cash Wheeler holds Alex Shelley’s foot on the floor, allowing Harwood to trap Shelley in the ropes and shred his knee with a dragon screw. FTR ruthlessly targets Shelley’s injured knee, smashing it repeatedly against the ring post.
Shelley escapes a hold by leaping forward to tag Sabin, who runs wild with a corner kick. Sabin hits a tornado DDT attempt, which Harwood counters into a waistlock before Wheeler helps hoist Sabin up for a crushing assisted drop.
After several minutes of isolation, Wheeler charges the corner and crashes hard into the top rope when Sabin moves. Sabin fights out of a double-team trap, dropping both opponents with a lightning-fast DDT.
Shelley takes a brutal bump to the ramp, allowing Harwood to land a brainbuster on Sabin for a near fall. Shelley eventually tags back in, firing off hard chops and an enziguri while favoring his knee.
In a chaotic sequence, Shelley locks in the Border City Stretch on Harwood while Sabin slaps an STF on Wheeler. Stokely Hathaway pulls Shelley out of the ring, distracting the official just long enough for Harwood to roll Shelley up with a handful of tights to steal the pin.
Winners: FTR (Series tied 2-2)
Nick Wayne vs. Marcus Mathers
Marcus Mathers looks to prove himself early, trading lightning-fast paces with Nick Wayne. Mathers drops Wayne with a dropkick, but Wayne fires back with a flying forearm and sends him flying to the floor for a suicide dive attempt.
During the picture-in-picture commercial break, Nigel McGuinness hilariously trolls Paul Wight by insisting Christian Cage is Nick Wayne’s actual father.
Mathers mounts a comeback after the break, hitting a Canadian Destroyer and setting up for a 450 splash. Wayne gets his knees up just in time and finishes Mathers with Wayne’s World for the win.
Winner: Nick Wayne
Following the bell, Wayne grabs a microphone to declare himself the new captain of the ship before the vessel’s horn blares loudly.
The Death Riders vs. Shane Taylor Promotions
Shane Taylor Promotions ambushes the Death Riders at the bell, unloading with a furious assault. Gabe Kidd fires back on Charlie Bravo with repeated chest headbutts before tagging Daniel Garcia, who hurls both Bravo and Dean with suplexes.
Shane Taylor shrugs off Garcia’s offense, leveling him with a uranage as the match breaks down through a commercial break. STP controls the pace until Garcia hits a massive Saito suplex on Taylor, sending Jon Moxley and Kidd wild on the apron.
Moxley tags in to trade fierce forearms with Taylor, biting his forehead before laying out The Infantry with a double DDT. The Death Riders swarm the corner with a relentless series of lariats, capped by a massive lariat from Kidd.
Christyan XO attempts a distraction, but Kidd scares her off, allowing Bravo and Dean to hit a double-team splash on Kidd for a near fall. Moxley hits a cutter on Taylor, and Kidd finishes Bravo with a Fisherman’s Buster.
Winners: The Death Riders
Moxley takes the mic post-match, warning that odds mean nothing to them and inviting any number of opponents to step up.
Mercedes Mone Confronts The Death Riders
Mercedes Mone interrupts, demanding to know where Marina Shafir is and accusing her of jumping ship to avoid a beatdown. She promises to embarrass Shafir once again at AEW Full Gear and tells Moxley to keep his stablemate in line.
Moxley coolly responds that Mone looks flustered in Daniel Garcia’s presence, warns her about her language around children on the boat, and notes that Shafir is the last person anyone should want to anger.
Suddenly, Jay White’s music hits as The Cut surrounds the ring. Ace Austin, Juice Robinson, The Gunns, David Finlay, and Clark Connors lay waste to the Death Riders, targeting Moxley’s ribs just as they injured Claudio Castagnoli.
Jay White grabs the mic to gloat that this is exactly what Moxley asked for, while Mercedes Mone joins in to stomp on a fallen Moxley. White finishes Moxley with a Blade Runner as The Cut stands tall over the wreckage.
Persephone vs. Mina Shirakawa
Persephone and Mina Shirakawa trade mat-based technical wrestling, with Shirakawa targeting Persephone’s knee to set up her figure-four leglock. Persephone retaliates by attacking Shirakawa’s arm, stopping a lariat with a boot to the bicep.
Shirakawa answers with a headscissors takedown, a sling blade, and a shotgun dropkick for a near fall. Persephone fires back with a lariat that flattens both competitors.
Shirakawa connects with a second-rope DDT and a diving DDT from the top, but Persephone manages to hook the bottom rope with her foot to break the count. As Shirakawa climbs back to the top, Persephone argues with the referee before shoving Shirakawa off the ropes and pinning her after a frog splash.
Winner: Persephone
Persephone continues the assault after the bell until Queen Aminata hits the ring to make the save, forcing Persephone to retreat with the TBS Championship belt.
The Cut Strike Again
Lexy Nair catches up backstage with The Cut, revealing a horrifying pool of fresh blood on the deck. They announce that Juice Robinson has been brutally taken out and sent to the hospital, promising blood for blood at Full Gear.
Andrade El Idolo vs. Tommaso Ciampa (AEW National Championship Match)
Tommaso Ciampa jumps Andrade El Idolo with a dropkick, but Andrade fires right back with a German suplex as both men trade punishing lariats. Andrade hits the Three Amigos for a near fall, but gets dropped by a knee on the ramp when attempting a dive.
Ciampa rakes Andrade’s face and hits a running knee, pausing to high-five his daughter at ringside. Andrade turns the tide after the break, floating out of a middle-rope air raid crash into a sunset flip powerbomb.
Ciampa rips the tearaway pants off Andrade, leaving him in his trunks. Ciampa charges toward the corner, accidentally wiping out referee Audrey Edwards.
With the official down, Ciampa hits a low blow and a running knee. Andrade kicks out of the ensuing pin, then counters with a spinning elbow, a hammerlock DDT with a leg vine, and a running knee, but Ciampa refuses to stay down.
Ciampa counters a final Death Valley Driver attempt into a tight cradle pinning combination to secure the three-count.
Winner: Tommaso Ciampa (New AEW National Champion)
