Bianca Belair Injured, No Return Timeline Announced

Bianca Belair Injured, No Return Timeline Announced – Bianca Belair will be out of action for the foreseeable future after sustaining an injury during the triple threat match for the WWE Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 41.

Belair appeared on the April 25 episode of WWE SmackDown in a backstage segment where she provided an update on her condition. Speaking with Byron Saxton, Belair confirmed that she suffered multiple broken fingers during her match against Rhea Ripley and reigning champion IYO SKY. Although she remained composed during the interview, Belair’s left hand was visibly bandaged, with several fingers taped together and a splint supporting her ring finger.

While WWE has not provided an official recovery timeline, SmackDown commentator Joe Tessitore noted during the broadcast that the three-time Women’s Champion is expected to be sidelined “for some time.” The injury likely occurred during one of the more physical spots in the triple threat encounter, which saw all three women compete at a high level on the grandest stage of them all.

Belair has been a central figure in WWE’s women’s division for several years and was one of the key stars highlighted during WrestleMania 41 weekend. Her absence will undoubtedly be felt as the women’s division continues to evolve post-WrestleMania.

The April 25 SmackDown episode featured multiple major developments, including a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the WWE Tag Team Championship, the return of Aleister Black, and the crowning of a new WWE Women’s United States Champion in Zelina Vega. Belair’s injury update added a serious tone to an otherwise action-packed show.
